There is definitely a learning curve here, it takes some getting used to this razor. I did get a few cuts, that I don’t usually get when shaving, and I think it’s because I was pressing a bit too hard. It was super fast to shave my whole legs with this razor though, and easy to rinse off the remaining shave cream. I had to moisturize after using it, but it could be just because of my dry skin. Also, obviously, I needed to rinse every now and then, although less than with my regular way of shaving, so I’d say stay close to a water source.

If you watched the TV commercial for this razor, it doesn’t really work that way 🙂 Besides making the razor wet, I had to get my legs really wet, or the shaving cream around the blades would start skipping. It feels comfortable in hand, but it can’t fit my razor holder in the shower. The razor is quite big, and comes with a replacement cartridge.

I love how this simplifies my routine, and less time in the shower means less time that my 4-year-old is unsupervised with the sunscreen! My legs are soft, smooth, and nick-free in no time. The moisturizing solid contains aloe and vitamin E to soothe and hydrate at the same time as it provides a close shave with its 4-blade pivoting head. No need for shaving cream or gel, and no need for moisturizer after either! All I have to do is add water, shave, rinse, and go.

This unique razor has a skin moisturizing solid surrounding the blades that lathers into its own shaving cream. Little things like green lights all the way to school pickup, or my new Schick Intuition razor. When I have so little time for myself, it’s simple little things like a bedtime snuggle that help keep me sane. I can forget all about the chaos of the day and just enjoy my children’s company. It may seem like a small part of our day, but it’s actually one of the highlights. Oh, and now it’s time for bed!Īt least I know at bedtime we’ll have a chance to breathe for a minute, read a story together, and snuggle before bed. Help Tee find her karate gi ( Why on earth did she stuff it behind the couch?), drive them to karate, then race home to get dinner on the table at a reasonable hour. Get home and throw the veggies in the oven. Get down to the school, get Tee in the car.

Oops, somehow I missed that glop of sunscreen in her hair. Quick! Throw the bird in the oven and run out the door. Between cleaning the piano and seasoning a chicken for dinner, I lost track of the time and was late picking up her older sister from school. So my very sun-conscious little person slathered sunscreen on the piano too. What if the piano gets sunburned? When you’re four years old, this is a valid concern. Hmmm, I guess it could be worse.īut wait. She applied it generously ( Just like I taught her!) to her face and her arms. It was a beautiful sunny day, so Kay decided she could be helpful by putting on sunscreen while I was washing my hair. The other day I made the mistake of taking a shower.
